Hi Giulia,
Attached is v3 of the venue contract for the October 18 open studio. I've taken in your notes on clause 7 — cancellation is now 14 days out with a full refund of the deposit — and the load-in window has moved to 08:00–10:00.
Could you ask your broker for the insurance certificate by October 4? Once that's in, we can sign on Friday.
